When accompanied by the original or gift receipt and in its original packaging regularly priced and sale merchandise can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of receipt. Items may only be returned with a 50% re-stocking fee or for 100% in-store credit. Return shipping fees will apply. Delivery and oversize fees are non-refundable. Clearance items are non-returnable. Jasany Home Furnishings reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit contact Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 573.777.5975. We will attempt to repair the defect or damage. If that is not possible, we will arrange an exchange. We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Jasany Home Furnishings reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
If you wish to return your stocked furniture purchase you may do so within 7 days of delivery. Note: Redelivery fees apply product must be damage-free and in original condition.
We make our custom furniture and rugs for you, therefore your order cannot be changed or canceled once it is placed. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all custom furniture and rugs.
When accompanied by the original receipt and in its original condition, regularly priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Returns beyond this will not be accepted
All store floor samples are sold “as is” and are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or repaired.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Original payments made by cash or check are refunded in the form of a company check within 7 business days of refund request. Refunds resulting from price adjustments will be issued in the form of store credit only within 14 days of original purchase date.
